@YaniqueJLambert @mannishwaata I mean climate control is a real thing. Google “Operation Popeye”(weather manipulation as a form of weapon) or “SCoPEx”( dimming of the sun)… I mean the fact is it shouldn’t be hailing in Jamaica.
