@KylerFinney @SquarespaceHelp Yes I emailed and DMd them and then when it got elevated to a product specialist, they restored it for me, sent me the info on how to log in, and I put in our credit card info. The CC didn’t transfer over from Google even though it was the same active card info

@Sanaxraeesa @gmail @squarespace I got it escalated and they restored it, but there was no other way than the help email address it seems, which is not great! They told us it was a problem with our payment which hasn’t changed since Google charged it last month and was supposed to be transferred over.

@gmail our Google Workspace is down & my only option is contact the reseller. I’ve been contacting @squarespace since 6/22 and have not received a solution. I confirmed the payment we were using for Google is active. We were transferred to Squarespace on 5/30 & clearly it failed

@CalMorgan Got it, we’re less worried about our website and more worried about access to our Gmail account and Google Drive. All of our business is communication driven and we cannot communicate while it’s down! Hoping we find a good samaritan to connect us with a real person at Squarespace

@patrickshuff Have you gotten a response from them? I’m trying to get ours transferred back because they suspended our account for using “too much storage” (we’re using 20 gb and are supposed to have 2 TB with our subscription
