@MTBracken @tomskitomski @aden_76 It feels like such a big opportunity, not just bringing digital knowledge into senior roles, but applying concepts and processes that have been refined in digital delivery to leadership and management. Question is whether many orgs are ready to change, which is a skill in itself.

@mikedotsullivan I think what I’m saying is, decide what you are wanting out of it. It’s easy to get sucked into all the other stuff. So work out what and why you are doing it and use that focus to keep yourself on track.

@mikedotsullivan If it’s a bit more capacity to what you already do, then fine. If you want to actual build and grow something then I think you need to be off the tools and driving the business to do that properly.

@andybudd Environment? The same opportunity, resource and speed could produce different outcomes and require a different strategy depending on the environment and context.
