"Comment mange-t-on un éléphant ? Un morceau à la fois." C'est la même chose pour le corps humain : isole chaque étape pour monter progressivement en compétences sans t'épuiser. Et surtout, prends plaisir à dessiner !
Le modelé : appréhende la tridimensionnalité en plaçant ombres et lumières pour poser les volumes. Le dessin final : synthétise le tout pour sortir le trait définitif de ta jambe. Une fois ce processus assimilé, tu peux varier les proportions, la musculature ou les formes.
Dessiner la jambe ressemble parfois à un vrai casse-tête. La clé est de ne pas vouloir exécuter une représentation photoréaliste en un coup, mais de contourner la difficulté grâce à une méthode pas à pas. Voici 5 étapes pour garder le contrôle :

L'anatomie est une compétence très avancée dans ton parcours d'apprentissage du dessin. C'est pourquoi vouloir tout de suite apprendre les muscles, leurs noms, leur insertion sur le squelette… est un niveau de difficulté bien trop élevé au début.
Le couple qui propose cette page propose des photos de bonne qualité, avec les mêmes poses en version masculine et féminine, sous des angles de vue variés, et avec des props. Vous pouvez les retrouver sur X, bsky et d'autres.
La qualité des références est très importante dans le résultat obtenu. J'ai remarqué que chercher sur un site hyper populaire qui commence par un P, n'est pas idéal sur le long terme.
