@KLM As I mentioned, @KLM, they say they have attempted to contact you and have no response from the KLM helpdesk for travel agents. Time is ticking and we’re losing faith in both companies.

@robinweston They’ve made it incredibly easy for the average joe to set up a store and sell stuff online, so I’m not surprised they’re successful nor surprised that it’s a hot tech mess!
