Is this complicity? I filmed multiple groups of illegal migrants purchasing around 10–12 life jackets with crisp €50 notes, spending approximately €300 in one transaction. The life jackets were bought from Decathlon in Dunkirk, close to the largest illegal migrant camp in France. I then followed the group back to the camp, where they appeared to be preparing for a future small-boat crossing to the UK. I do still believe in actual asylum for real refugees and there are valid economic theoretic reasons to not a priori be against regular migration. The problem Europe has had for way too long was the pull-effect of the pampering welfare-state IMO. And - as in the Euronews-article - of course it's again a left-wing "gütmensch" who is blurring the line between migrants (who *can* be useful for a country, *if* they participate in stead of just relying on welfare) and refugees. TBH I think it's really inhuman of these so-called humanitarians to deliberately do this but - just as they usually don't understand much about economics - they are pretty naive about the future of the welfare state. Exactly. The 40 babies-claim comes from a wrong interpretation of a (hectic, emotional) live-reporting journalist. Israeli bodies are still being carried out of Kfar Aza. I saw a blood spattered baby crib flipped on it’s side, children’s bicycles lining the sidewalks, one of the commanders told me they saw babies heads cut off. It’s an apocalyptic scene, the site of a true massacre.

@Jente050 @royblok @AnnaJbu Maar we zien dus weeral i.p.v. het fenomeen bespreekbaar te maken, het gewoon ontkend wordt. Terwijl er dus tig andere dergelijke voorbeelden zijn. *Dat* is het problematische IMO.

Naar mijn mening valt het dragen van zo'n T-shirt trouwens onder vrije meningsuiting want misschien is dat wel een heel sympatieke jongen die gewoon een beetje te veel propaganda te verduren heeft gehad. 🇲🇦 🇪🇸 El tema de devolver los menores a Marruecos es bastante complejo jurídicamente. Es cierto que existe un acuerdo que prevé su devolución desde España, pero se debe aplicar también la Ley de Extranjería. Para empezar, porque no se puede agrupar a los menores y devolverlos a Marruecos por mera voluntad. Se tienen que abrir expedientes, que deben ser individualizados, menor a menor. La Justicia ya ha declarado ilegales intentos de devolución colectiva. En ese sentido, en cada procedimiento España tiene que recabar información sobre las circunstancias familiares del menor. Si no se puede acreditar una vía adecuada de reagrupación familiar o de puesta a disposición de los servicios de protección de Marruecos, y no resulta posible la repatriación, el menor permanece aquí bajo el sistema de protección correspondiente. En cambio, si se identifica a su familia y el menor quiere volver, esa circunstancia facilita la valoración de su interés superior, aunque el procedimiento y las garantías legales siguen siendo necesarios. Finalmente, si el menor se opone, el procedimiento se vuelve más complejo: hay que escucharle y tener en cuenta su voluntad, además de intervenir la Fiscalía y existir la posibilidad de recurrir la decisión y solicitar asistencia jurídica gratuita. No se garantiza la devolución. Y mientras tanto, España, a través de las comunidades autónomas, tiene que darle protección y cuidados. Lo digo por las opiniones que ven “fácil” solucionar el asunto. No es tan sencillo como aplicar un tratado y devolver a todos los menores. Hay que estudiar cada caso individualmente y cumplir un procedimiento con garantías.
