KASPAROV: Putin is the enemy of every normal, free human being. He’s embodiment of absolute evil that must be eradicated. Fight against Putin, fight against Putin regime, is a part of global war between forces of freedom and tyranny. Ukrainian front is its most important front. In reality, this frontline runs across entire planet, from Taiwan to Cuba. The outcome of the clash in Ukraine will influence the general direction of global developments. And there’s no other path for Russia’s future than Ukraine’s victory and defeat of Putin’s regime. Russian history clearly shows that change is only possible after a military and geopolitical defeat. Therefore, today’s aid to Ukraine, the fight for its victory and for Russia’s defeat, is an attempt to create conditions for Russian Empire, after its inevitable collapse, to transform into a state that will be part of the free world in its rivalry with Chinese hegemony.

Kyiv is under a huge missile attack right now and the air defence systems have been depleted. That makes life for civilians much more dangerous. Ukraine is asking for help with air defense for exactly this situation.

I received a report on our operations to counter Russian aggression. The Security Service of Ukraine has delivered strong results, and today I approved new operations. Oleksandr Poklad briefed on the Service’s priorities for August. I also approved further steps for the Head of the SSU to root out those within the Service who work for themselves rather than for Ukraine. Russians hunted down a vegetable seller in Kherson. For nearly a minute, a drone chased the man as he tried to escape. Russians clearly saw whom they were attacking, yet still directed the munition at him. Yurii miraculously survived. He is now in hospital.

Today, many were shocked by yet another video of the drone “safari” Russians are carrying out against civilians in Kherson. A Russian drone deliberately hunted down a man selling vegetables and detonated right next to him. The Russians even admitted to the crime, showing zero regret and openly boasting about tormenting people. The man was wounded in the blast. Every single day, ordinary people in Kherson face these Russian "safaris." The world must see this. It must see every piece of evidence that Russia has gone mad and that its soldiers take pleasure in killing and abusing civilians. Without pressure on Russia, the dismantling of its capacity for aggression, and real security guarantees, it is simply impossible to imagine the world being able to coexist with this evil. We must remain resolute in defending life. We must act and support life in ways that force Russia to seriously think about peace rather than expanding the range of its drones. This is not just about Ukraine. Russia’s campaign against human life must be stopped here in Ukraine before it spreads further. Finland and Kazakhstan, the Baltic states and Poland, the countries of the South Caucasus, Romania, and Moldova—all should work together to ensure real security guarantees and bring Russia’s war to an end. Peace is needed, which requires cooperation among everyone in the world who truly values peace. Thank you to everyone standing with Ukraine!

Everyone is discussing who is behind - and what lies behind - Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s message to Putin that the war in Ukraine must end. These words were repeated three times. Pay attention to Putin's body language: he looked shocked, angry, and displeased. Some experts believe Tokayev was delivering a message to the Kremlin from Chinese leader Xi Jinping and that it had been coordinated. I agree that it was a message intended for Putin. Tokayev is a very experienced politician, and it's obvious he would not have made such statements on his own. But I have a different explanation for this statement. It lies in Kazakhstan's interests in Novorossiysk: Kazakhstan has temporarily suspended oil exports through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) marine terminal near Novorossiysk because of drone attacks on tankers in the Black Sea. This route accounts for about 80% of the country's oil exports, forcing Kazakhstan to reduce production as well. Since Kazakhstan has no direct access to the sea, it cannot quickly reroute all of its exports through other routes. The war unleashed by Putin is becoming a serious obstacle and a threat to the entire world, affecting many interests. It is no longer just a local conflict but a war with global consequences. How did Putin react to Tokayev's words? I am certain that they triggered yet another flare-up of Putin’s paranoia: he will look for an "internal trace" and launch another round of repression against the Russian "elites," since he perceived everything as a personal internal threat. Putin has completely lost touch with reality and has become a problem for everyone: inside Russia, for its "allies," and for the West. The madman is interested in only one thing - an endless war. He has completely lost his grip on reality. As Boris Nemtsov once said: "He's f*cking insane - Vladimir Putin." Now that is obvious to everyone. The only question is how - and how soon - this will end.
