Lost my phone at the office and spent 30 minutes turning the place over. Find My was disabled by MDM. Out of ideas, I asked Claude how I could find it. It suggested tracking the Bluetooth signal strength, then wrote me a meter in about a minute. I walked around watching the number climb. Found it. Apparently you can just make the tool you need now. Regular blood work for sugar and cholesterol is useful, but it is still very basic. Even ECG and Echo may catch heart issues only later in the game. At the bare minimum, please consider getting a Calcium CT Score test done. If the score is positive, talk to your doctor about whether a 640 CT scan or further evaluation is needed. Detecting early signs of atherosclerosis can help us take action sooner, slow down progression, and improve the situation with the right lifestyle and medication. 🙏🙏🙏

My heart bleeds for India when I read stories like this. That is how Estonia went from shambles with a per capita GDP of just over USD 1000 in the early 1990s to more than USD 38000 now. More than 30 times in roughly 35 years. Indian politicians should study Mart Laar. He became Prime Minister in 1992 and all he did was follow Milton Friedman's free and open market principles. These were very close to the libertarian ideals I have been advocating. This is a powerful lesson for India. Stop centralising power. Decentralise real authority and funds to states, cities and panchayats with a libertarian mindset. Deregulate aggressively. Open markets to the maximum. Get government out of the way. Unleash Indian entrepreneurship instead of strangling it with complex rules from Delhi.

🚨BREAKING: A cognitive scientist from MIT has mathematically proven that evolution guarantees we see zero percent of true reality, that most consciousness in the universe exists without a body, and that non-human intelligences with a wider window on reality than ours can reach in and manipulate it the way a programmer manipulates a video game. It already derives time dilation and quantum wave functions directly from differences in observer window size. Physics has spent a century failing to solve the measurement problem because it has been looking in the wrong place. The observer has to come first, and no physicalist framework can get you there. A consciousness with a larger observer window has access to the underlying structure of our reality in ways we can't perceive or counter. Sadly, the intellectual environment in India, the kind of people we respected and listened to, had a lot to do with this. Just recently, Raghuram Rajan advised India that we should focus on services and not manufacturing. I have discussed the damage management gurus like C K Prahalad did to us with bad advice arising from bad philosophy. Let us also not forget the Jagdish Bhagwati school, including people like Arvind Panagariya, who never understood how Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and later China all followed a similar trajectory that traces its origins to Friedrich List and the German School of the 19th century. List was the intellectual alternative to the Adam Smith school. We missed that entire economic philosophy because our economists only knew the Anglo-American schools. It is time to reexamine and reflect deeply. Let us start with calling out bad ideas as bad ideas. We need to start with an economics philosophy that would work for our ground reality in India.
