@sofiSupport @sofi is terrible I stand by that. So many chances given. I still have not received a call having started trying to speak to a manager on Jan19. I have called daily, emailed and chatted. Clearly unlikely to fix their mistake

Never ever use @SoFi gave them a second chance and nothing is better. Now I cannot get a call back I have requested for three days to correct their known mistake. If I had a dollar for every hour I have been on the phone with them I wouldn’t need a loan. Do not recommend
