@boltapp 2/2 - after an hour a second bolt shows up and I pay 15 additional pounds to complete the journey - bolt tells me it will refund the difference - instead it gives me 2 pounds refund!!! I will be going to the press as this is disgusting

@Uber absolute scam artists. Was charged 69 pounds for a 39 pound uber. I put the road name in apparently I was dropped off 1.5 miles away but how has this added 30 pounds Cancelling uber now using @bolt only
