Most CLAUDE.md files I see become unreadable around line 200. The fix: stop treating CLAUDE.md as the rulebook. Treat it as the *index* to the rulebook. Mine is 150 lines. The actual rules live in 8 focused files in .claude/guidelines/ — naming, code style, react, architecture, etc. CLAUDE.md just tells the agent which file to read for which decision.

Data workspaces are moving from chat to continuous. This is a meaningful shift. Dashboards that open and refresh — not conversations that end when you close the tab.
In Cowork, Claude can now build live artifacts: dashboards and trackers connected to your apps and files. Open one any time and it refreshes with current data.
Most people use AI for data analysis wrong. They paste a file and ask "what are the trends?" The AI guesses column meanings, gets half wrong, and gives a confident but fabricated answer. Fix: make it describe the schema first. Then ask your question. Almost nobody does this.
