Max O’Dell and Logan Pfeffer earned shirts last week during their 30 yard fly session. Tomas Cavazos ( pic yet to come) also became the 3rd person to hit 22mph. Anxious to compete on Thursday.

Here is data for Jr's & Sr's who have consistently attended our strength and speed development the last 4 years. Despite COVID shutdown, results are encouraging. We sprint Max Velocity 2X a week & time with Freelap system.These are Avg. 40 times for each yr. I like the trend.
