🎯👉 Uma proposta apresentada pela deputada federal Júlia Zanatta (PL-SC) está provocando debates nas redes sociais ao propor mudanças na Lei Maria da Penha relacionadas às medidas protetivas de urgência. O Projeto de Lei nº 5.128/2025 busca ampliar o direito ao contraditório e à ampla defesa da pessoa acusada, além de prever mecanismos de responsabilização para casos em que fique comprovado que uma denúncia foi feita de forma dolosa, com o objetivo de prejudicar outra pessoa. Pela proposta, após a concessão de uma medida protetiva, o acusado deverá ser notificado e terá prazo para apresentar sua manifestação por escrito. O texto também determina que, quando houver decisão judicial reconhecendo a falsidade intencional da denúncia, o caso seja comunicado ao Ministério Público para apuração de eventuais crimes previstos no Código Penal, além da possibilidade de responsabilização civil por danos morais e materiais. Segundo a justificativa da autora, o objetivo é proteger as vítimas reais de violência doméstica, ao mesmo tempo em que se asseguram o devido processo legal, o contraditório e a ampla defesa, além de desestimular o uso indevido das medidas protetivas. O projeto ainda está em tramitação na Câmara dos Deputados. Para virar lei, precisará ser aprovado pelas comissões, pelo plenário da Câmara, pelo Senado Federal e, por fim, sancionado pelo Presidente da República.

A mulherada de esquerda fazendo aquela pressão psicológica básica do tipo: se não pautarem o PL da Misoginia mulheres irão morrer. Mas engraçado que nenhuma delas votou a favor do PL 1112/2023 que dificultava a progressão de regime para estupradores. É muito desespero para institucionalizar a censura.
