@nicegeezer @vinted @nicegeezer I’ve had the same issue. Vinted dirty games and illegal practices have just been exposed. Their communication is unreasonable, a deliberate scheme to frustrate its customers to the point they’d rather give up their legitimate complaint. They dont deserve our money!

@vintedUK support is so terrible. I never received my parcel, there’s no option for ‘lost or stolen’ and they won’t action anything because their system automatically marked the parcel as delivered while I was waiting for a response from support about it

@vinted are the worst online company ever. I opened an account and posted some sportswear which I had purchased but no longer wanted, all which are genuine. Some bot not even a human has said they aren’t genuine and blocked my account. How can a bot say that. The are genuine 100%
