@steipete Old MacBooks are alive. What are the best local models people are seeing out there? Trying out GLM 4.7 but it's just not quite the sonnet experience. Kimi2.5 is looking good too. But the value of running this locally is really about model cost via OSs models

@utdrobbo Carrick seems like the one that can be long term. Fletcher’s approach yesterday was pretty promising. Looking at fan reaction regarding Ole. Might be a better idea to avoid him to reduce expectations and reduce the toxicity if things don’t go as planned.
