@AuthorAdamDarby I am not as familiar with the publishing industry. What I can you is that you should absolutely follow @theblcklst because they just announced a new lit venture. They take projects out of the slush pile and make them viable. I’m not associated with them. But they’re fab!
So many creative people chase agents when a qualified genre-specific entertainment attorney is far more valuable. Get an agent once you become B-list. You do not need one to get there.

Shoot on the gear you have. Use the location you have access to. Work with the crew you came up with. Don't create barriers to entry for yourself if you can start now with the resources you already have.
