DISCURSO DE MARCO RUBIO EN MUNICH De vez en cuando aparece un discurso distinto, uno que no busca convencer a la audiencia del día, sino hablarle a la posteridad. Uno que no pretende ganar una elección, sino reordenar la manera en que una civilización se mira a sí misma. Este ha sido el discurso del Marco Rubio, Secretario de Estado americano, en la cumbre de seguridad de Munich. Principales mensajes: - El libre comercio sin reciprocidad no es modernidad sino suicidio industrial. La falta de reciprocidad en el libre comercio ha permitido a China y otros paises subsidiar sus industrias, desindustrializar Occidente, y “transferir” millones de empleos a sus territorios, dejando las cadenas de suministro críticas de occidente en manos de adversarios. - La cesión de soberanía a organismos internacionales no es cooperación sino rendición: Ha habido una excesiva delegación de soberanía en instituciones supranacionales, mientras Europa desarrollaba sus estados de bienestar a costa de su capacidad defensiva. - El control de fronteras es un acto básico de soberanía, no xenofobia. La migración masiva sin límites es una amenaza existencial a la civilización. La apertura de fronteras ha amenazado la cohesión social, la continuidad cultural y la supervivencia de las sociedades occidentales. Estos errores, según Rubio, fueron decisiones políticas conscientes que debilitaron a Occidente y deben reconocerse para avanzar. - El culto climático y la imposición de restricciones han empobrecido a occidente, mientras sus competidores (sin mencionarlo, China) explotan combustibles fósiles sin restricciones y los usan como arma. [El primer ministro belga, Bart De Wever, acaba de hacer también una llamada de atención brutal sobre esto: “La descarbonización de Europa será sinónimo de su desindustrialización y, en última instancia, de su pobreza e irrelevancia”. x.com/ChGefaell/stat…] - La descarbonización irracional, la inmigración ilegal y la deslocalización de la producción no son políticas “humanistas”, sino instrumentos para el debilitamiento deliberado de Occidente. - EE.UU. y Europa forman parte de la misma civilización occidental, unida por historia compartida, fe cristiana, cultura, herencia, idioma y sacrificios comunes. Rubio enfatiza que los desacuerdos estadounidenses con Europa provienen del profundo cariño y preocupación por su futuro compartido. - Rubio cierra recordando que, tras 1945, muchos creyeron que la cultura occidental había terminado, pero la generación de nuestros padres eligió rechazar su declive. Hoy, EEUU busca lo mismo: una alianza vigorosa, orgullosa y proactiva de EEUU con Europa que defienda su civilización única, no una que gestione su “decadencia ordenada”. Reafirma el lazo transatlántico como algo espiritual y cultural, no solo económico o militar, y concluye que EEUU siempre será "hijo de Europa, recordando sus raíces desde [el descubrimiento de América de los españolas con] Cristóbal Colón hasta los colonos ingleses. Rubio no ha hecho una crítica más a un modelo económico: ha clausurado toda una era ideológica proponiendo un nuevo modelo, dejando sin discurso a la izquierda radical hipócrita que habla de “justicia social” mientras entrega el empleo, la seguridad y la identidad nacional a intereses espurios transnacionales. Su discurso no es una postura conservadora más, sino la exposición de una nueva doctrina: un soberanismo social basado en el sentido común, donde la nación vuelve a ser el escudo del ciudadano, la industria y la tecnología vuelve a ser el corazón de la dignidad colectiva y el Estado recupera su razón de ser original: proteger a sus ciudadanos antes que ser políticamente correcto para complacer a los radicales y globalistas.
