@Plusnet Good Evening. I would like to raise a fault on our broadband. Both my wife and I use our WiFi Broadband both for Zoom calls & Google Meet. Our connection freezes and not expected on fibre. We need this resolving ASAP. Thanks, Saul

Watching the current situation regarding Covid. Hospital admissions rising, vaccinated & unvaccinated. When is the government going to act, rather than worrying about their own political agenda. The NHS is stretched and we need measures taken now to protect it!

@Plusnet Good Evening, Our connection has dropped twice in forty eight hours. It is becoming unacceptable. After I reboot it it hopefully comes back. Having worked for BT for many years it seems an engineer is doing work at the exchange. I would like this is resolved and credited

@Plusnet Good Morning, our plusnet fibre is down. It was working fine last night. I have tried to reboot the router by switching off at the mains but after a short while being blue it goes back to flashing red. My name is Saul Warren-Howles CV37 7JX.
