Well, I’m back bitches. I feel good now. I’ve grown a lot this past year, but I still need to lose weight and that’s just a fact of my life.

I feel so many mixed emotions about my New Year’s fast, but here I am again gearing up to fast as long as I possibly can at the start of the new year... like every other year since I was 16. I’m 21 now.
IMO people shouldn’t be encouraged to under eat OR over eat. The fact is, obesity is a disease JUST THE SAME as anorexia/bulimia. People need to be encouraged to find a healthy balance. Stop telling people how to eat and start telling them how to love themselves enough to change.
