ICE records reveal that the viral Haitian illegal alien gang member we witnessed being arrested by ICE Boston during the first week of Trump 2.0 in January 2025 still has not been deported. He remains in ICE custody in Louisiana nearly 18 months after yelling “F**k Trump, Biden forever bro!” to our cameras during his ICE arrest in East Boston on 1/22/25. He had 17 criminal convictions in just over two years on his rep sheet. I’m told by ICE sources he has had a deportation order since at least January 2026 and he has been using every legal avenue to try to avoid removal from the U.S. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen an illegal alien held in ICE detention this long.
