@bumberries hi sorry just now seeing this!! i don’t have a set intake limit for myself! i have learned that for me, varying my intake works better, because it keeps my metabolism “on its toes” so to speak. this has also helped me stick to my weight loss plan!

@ClovisBED i did a DNA test through my doctor recently called Genesight. you should look into it! i learned there are only 3 antidepressants that are actually compatible with my DNA, and Pristiq was the only med that aligned with every single one of my genetic markers
