Shs & Marling we have had a bus entered whilst parked and tampered with, the bus will be at the school shortly but the door has been damaged, a mechanic is on route to repair this but there will be a delay loading on Neil's bus Sorry for the delay although bus will be on time

Morning R4 Stroud to pates, we apologise for the mistake in chalford this morning where our driver thought it was an inset day as it is for STRS but not pates. I want to thank people that I have spoken to so far for there understanding. Service as normal this afternoon Thanks
Please be aware whilst this is happening delays will be possible but we have plans with our drivers along the routes to minimize the impact overall for a temporary period All schools affected pates strs etc are aware of the situation and will not mark down students Thanks
Good morning Swindon road works caught every coach operator by surprise yesterday and we are still trying to find out from highways how long this will be affected. Today I'm sure there will be delays but as most traffic probably will avoid the area it may be a little easier!
All coaches from Swindon today will be delayed this morning due to blundsdon hill A419 has been closed by emergency services This effects Pates STRS Stroud high & Marling also Cirencester strs pick ups All buses are running just delayed

Morning, the rain is causing a couple of electrical problems as the buses pass through localised flooding Pates service Cirencester is the most effected with a small delay but is running so please be patient and it will be with you shortly Thanks for your patience Igo team
Due to some of our computer systems having a bug this week it's been difficult dealing with customers, if you have called your number was logged and we will call you back. I'm pleased to say the issue is fixed and we are back to normal at the office. Thanks everyone
Morning R4 Stroud to pates strs small delay as the W is closed and will have to operate via bear hill This delay is beyond our control but we apologise for any knock on affect this might or might not cause
Strs delayed due to a warning light on vehicle, this is currently being checked for Safety reasons and we look to be continuing shortly we apologise for any delay in service
Strs Swindon, there is currently a problem with the Aircon on this bus the part has been ordered but we can't get it until Friday so we apologise for the inconvenience and looking to having it repaired asap Thanks for your patience at this time
Morning STRS Stroud R3&4 as you know pates have already finished so the bus will do R4 as normal then over the hill to do R3 before going to strs This means that R3 will be running a bit later than normal and this afternoon we will have you a timetable for this week. TIA

Info on your school bookings for year 2023/24 If you are already traveling this current year you do not need to rebook your seat, it is automatically booked for you next year as you only ever have to book once. This means you are never at risk of loosing your seat Igo team

Pates buses from Swindon and Cirencester areas has a small delay due to electrical problems with one bus after passing through flooded area. Sorry for the delay and another bus is on its way but there will be a small delay whilst this happens
