@pjjmoonchildd I wasn’t 21, but I was BMI 20. it took me around 2-2.5 months! But that’s cause I dropped my normal eating habits immediately, not like gradually lowering my intake just straight up started doing OMAD. I started walking 6k-10k when I normally walked 3k-4k daily.

@decembersdollxx My thighs. I carry most the weight there. The rest of my body I would say is genuinely skinny. But my thighs carry all the weight. I could be bmi 16 and look skinny, have slim thighs. But then be bmi 20 and look the exact same but with huge thigh.
