If you know the physiology and science how to breath-hold longer, it became easy. I could hold breath more than 4mins when employing the technique based on respiratory physiology knowledge. Anyone else know how?

I have hired a number of people when I was Executive Director at a Naturopathic doctors association. Resumes are interesting. But it was the COVER LETTER that I paid attention to FIRST. Hundreds and hundreds of applicants submitted generic cover letters (even though I requested they write specifics about why they wanted to work for us). I discarded ALL applicants who submitted generic rubber stamp cover letters. The resume is what you have done. The cover letter is what you can do. Focus on your cover letter and customer write it based on what the company is asking for. Trust me on this. 😊 Employers want to know why you’ll be a great fit with the company - so tell them and be specific in that cover letter. Doing this ups your chance of getting a live interview.

My car was being hit and run on 1st January 2024. Reports and necessary couple of investigation has been done. All required information has been provided. But yet still Berjaya Sompo rejected my claim even I submitted as ‘Own Damage’ claim. Anybody can advise what I should do?

Benda alah ni, suspension dia designed untuk melompat dan offroad. Kalau kau beli dan layan konar macam kereta sepot, either kau tak reti pasal kereta atau kau kurang bijak. That active suspension can’t make the long suspension travel to react too fast for sharp bends.

Byk kali ada sejenis manusia mcm ni atas jalan. Cucuk2 sailang bagai. Bawak kete mcm dlm track sepang. Kalau jumpa yg sejenis mcm ni just let them win. Tak berbaloi pun nak lawan. Nyawa kau lg mahal dari ego. Cc kete pun kecik bwk kete mcm toretto 🙄
