August 1st feels like a good day to look back at July. It was the best month in Indilingo's history, and we did it fully bootstrapped, profitable, and without spending a rupee on marketing. What happened in July: - Crossed 50,000 users across iOS and Android - Hit $2,000 in MRR for the first time - Grew revenue by 150+% - Broke our daily revenue record 5 times - Stayed profitable through June and July - Received $2,500 grants from both OpenAI and Anthropic The part we are most proud of: every single user, paying or free, found us organically through word of mouth or SEO. To everyone learning an Indian language with us, and everyone who sent a friend our way, thank you. You built this with us. Made in India, for the world 🇮🇳
