@FoxBusiness @FoxNews @cvpayne I understand the rebuttal of taxing unrealized gains. It's not officially realized. So why can someone leaverage those unrealized values through vehicles like SBLs, Margin loans, LOCs, & others? They shouldn't get the benefits & dodge the tax IMO.
