Here is the updated severe outlook. Changes of note: The Moderate (Level 4 of 5) has been expanded further east into GA and includes portion of the ATL metro. The Day 3 marginal (Level 1 of 5) has been expanded westward across North GA for thunderstorms into the afternoon. #gawx

Today we are celebrating 3 students. All of them will be getting graduate degrees at MS State! Derrah and Julia will be getting their MS in geoscience, and Autumn will be getting a PhD in Earth & Atmospheric Sciences, researching tropical cyclone rapid weakening. Congratulations!
