There is a bunch of *terrible* CFB25 recruiting advice in the replies here. Delivered confidently. Some notes: - Offer scholarships ASAP. You get influence every week they’re on. Removing them and adding back thinking you’re doing something is just hurting you. - Send the House until you can *deduce* which perfect pitch is theirs and then HARD SELL! You don’t need to SEE all 3 checks to know the right one. Sometimes you can even do it on 1 green check + a dealbreaker. Did a video on this. - Visits are 40 hours for influence you *might* get later. Time is of the essence. Use those hours to get influence NOW and just close them before visits come into play. I’m all the way out on Visits. - Sway is bad. And it’s not even guaranteed to work. Don’t use sway. - Once you figure out how to deduce the perfect pitch early there’s also not a great argument to be made for Soft Sell. Just get the pitch right with process of elimination and Hard Sell it. - You don’t need to mix up recruiting actions just get a max benefit or something. Influence gained corresponds to HOURS and not the green arrows. And there’s no benefit to “mixing it up”. - Yes, leave “Hard Sell” on. You would not believe how many people want to take it off after a week lol. Why??? Leave it on! We love a hit tweet but had to make sure I put out some of these fires in the comments lol.
