A Canton resident who was at CF McCarthy's with John O'Keefe and Karen Read has now decided to tell his story. James Sullivan says his police interview was leaked shortly after he gave it in May 2022. He alleges Christopher Albert confronted him in June 2022 with details from his witness statement before it was public. Sullivan also claims Sgt. Sean Goode said that Canton Police were "great at covering up murders." Days later, he says he received an anonymous text containing a photo of him and Karen from CF McCarthy's, along with false personal allegations. If Sullivan's allegations are true, they raise serious questions about how witness information was handled and whether a cooperating witness was intimidated or retaliated against instead of protected. One question deserves an answer. How was Sullivan's interview leaked? According to the police report, only James Sullivan, Trooper Michael Proctor, and Trooper Christopher Moore were present during the interview. Sullivan would not have had a copy of the police report. If Christopher Albert knew details from that interview before they became public, how did he learn them? Massachusetts' witness intimidation statute, M.G.L. c. 268, § 13B, prohibits intimidating, harassing, misleading, or retaliating against someone because they provided information in a criminal investigation. If Sullivan's account is accurate, it appears far more consistent with the type of conduct this statute was intended to address than the witness intimidation allegations brought against Karen Read and Aidan Kearney. Just as concerning are the implications if a law enforcement officer retaliated against or attempted to intimidate a private citizen simply because that citizen did not believe the Commonwealth's theory of the case. Citizens are free to question the government's narrative, discuss the evidence, and form their own opinions without fear of harassment or retaliation. If those allegations are true, they strike at the heart of the public's trust in law enforcement. It is also worth noting that Trooper Proctor lived in Canton, and Lt. Brian Tully was seen in town on multiple occasions socializing with certain witnesses during the investigation. Those facts do not establish who leaked Sullivan's interview, but they do raise legitimate questions about how confidential witness information may have been handled.

Three men all murdered in Norfolk County (2 in Quincy, 1 where DA Michael Morrissey was present) that all had missing video footage of the events surrounding their murders. Coleen Crawford, long employed by the Norfolk County DA's office as their video forensics personnel, is directly involved in the handling of all 3 cases. 🔹️O'Keefe's case having a myriad of missing and doctored footage from Canton PD, the town's street cameras, neighborhood cameras, and John O'Keefe's own home. Most of which we have never seen in their raw/unedited form or at all. 🔹️McCallum's video footage of the exterior of the bar when he was killed magically went missing. Speculative that's because Morrissey was present. If so, it's likely this very footage would've shown the DA present for the murder and would have to explain why the brothers weren't charged for months even though he witnessed the incident. 🔹️Boudreau's bar video footage of his murder also went missing. His estate later sued Crawford and Lt John Fanning. Crawford and Fanning were once connected in business for video forensics (business absolved February 2022). What we are uncovering is systemic governmental corruption in the county that's been proven with the very court system built against unraveling their lies. All 3 cases experienced the same thin blue line protection that allowed John O'Keefe's murderers to never be investigated, Chris McCallum's murderers to be left off with minimal punishment, and Keith Boudreau's murderer to be protected. The same investigators. The same District Attorney's Office. The same story yet different victims.

John O’Keefe was not hit by a car. This is an indisputable statement of fact. John O’Keefe is a homicide victim, whose body was found on Brian Albert’s front lawn. This is an indisputable statement of fact. John Okeefe hit his head on a rigid surface, causing a 2 inch gash on the back of his head, and his right arm was bit by a dog. These are indisputable facts. The people inside Brian Albert’s house were never treated as potential suspects, and many of them were never even interviewed. Those who were had hours alone together to get their story straight. They never came out of the house to help, and didn’t offer their home up to first responders throughout the day. None of them saw his huge body 10 feet away from the curb when they drove by him. None of them were checked for scratches, bruises, or cuts. They sold the home that was never searched, but only after they were accused of being involved in the murder in court filings. The aggressive dog slept through the whole thing and then they got rid of her. They got rid of their phones the day before a preservation order. They called each other when they were sleeping and blamed it on butt dials. They butt answered during sexual intercourse. They monitored police activity and directed each other to stick to the story that the guy never came in the house. They called and answered calls at 5:07, 6:07, and 6:08 when they were sleeping. They never went to bed and were awake at 4:30 AM after a night of drinking. They moved suspicious bags from car to car at the police station at 2 AM while drunk. They coached Kerry Roberts through a timeline and lied to her so much that she repeated those lies to the grand jury. They explained boxing scars by lying under oath about falling on ice and bracing themselves with fists. Chris Albert’s testimony destroyed his son’s timeline and proved that he lied. They offered bribes to the lead detective who never questioned their son, who was in his sisters wedding party. They never spoke to the most important non-house defendant witness - the plow driver - until I made them. They left the house in a blizzard to do their unrecorded interviews across town. They didn’t find any taillight until 3 guys Lt OHarra didn’t recognize started to help them search. They Googled “how long to die in cold” at 2:27 AM when it made no logical sense to google that unless they were plotting to murder someone, and then erased that google search. They made sure that an innocent woman was arrested, and then they pressured the DA to arrest an innocent man for doing what the police wouldn’t and investigate this murder properly. Karen Read did not and could not have killed John Okeefe, which means someone else did. We all know who did it Steve. The jury that acquitted her knew. We all know.
