I don’t wanna recover anymore
being back at my hw is the most crushing and heartbreaking feeling ever
took a lax and now I gotta work tomorrow for like 12 hours I know this was a mistake but I won’t be bloated ???
yikes just binged and purged but didn’t drink so that’s good I guess
k gonna try eating 1500 a day and working out everyday and hopefully I stop binging
also I’m five days sober ☺️
k I know I’m trying to recover and I’m getting a referral to the eating disorder program but the wait list is like 6 months soooo maybe try to get as skinny as I can until then ???
I’m scared that I’ll be fat forever if I recover
I always wanted to wait until rock bottom for some reason before i would recover cause I didn’t feel like I deserved it otherwise but I think the police showing up at your house at 3am to make sure you didn’t kill yourself is pretty rock bottom so I’m making a doctors appt
The thought of recovering is so overwhelming I don’t even know where I would start everything online is all about anorexia recovery and I don’t think that’s super helpful
