@iamspecialized Hi Guys, Re Mission Control: app has just been updated on my iPhone and I can no longer connect to bike. Connection shows on Bluetooth but app won’t connect. What’s going on please?

@FNBSA my FNB debit card was stolen on January 1. When I entered App to cancel card, it would not let me scroll to January, it was stuck on December 2021. Any explanation please ?

@eon_next Hello guys, Regarding my FIT payment statements, when I was with npower, I received a detailed statement showing a breakdown of how it was calculated. With yourselves, all I get is the bottom line saying you have been paid £xxx. Previous email queries got no response

@eon_next Re account A-21D5F2F9I have just had smart meter fitted and engineer has told me I have been put onto the Default tariff and this needs to be changed to smart meter tariff

Hello guys, Regarding eon-next FIT payments your online process is non-existence and certainly not up to the standard of nPower. I have received my latest payment, but not after you sent me a letter requesting a reading and after a long wait for payment but no statement
