@AnaNeve20938246 @potionomics Hello! Can you check if you have all the firmware updates for your controller? If you happen to have an Xbox controller, we have heard of controller updates through the Xbox Accessories app being able to fix the fatal error.

@dianacinamon Yes, that's certainly frustrating! Can you check what version you have on your Xbox so we can be sure the patch loaded properly? You should be able to see it by going to the home page, selecting the game with the X button and selecting "Manage".

@Hidolu Thanks for the report! We're working on the fix right now. In the meantime, you can avoid the bug by not pressing buttons while waiting for the loot pop-up, as it can cause the cursor to disappear during the transition. Sorry for the inconvenience!
