@Fasthosts @FHTechTeam @CitizensAdvice I’ve tried to no response. Requiring a phone call to cancel a service is unnecessarily restrictive and not in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

@Fasthosts @FHTechTeam only allowing cancellation of service through their non answering support number should be criminal. Emailed 6 times to cancel, no response, to then be threatened over a no-reply email. Any advice @CitizensAdvice
