@amazon I just spoke with a customer service rep about receiving help with a fire tablet that is only a year old that no longer turns on or charges. They said there's nothing to be done, it this seems absurd, since it seems like a manufacturing error.

My brother drove for @lyft and was accused by a scamming passenger of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol and spewing derogatory remarks. Mind you, my brother is a gay, black man battling cancer... so how he do all that. Lyft suspended his account though.
