@NeuroCipherX @beautyskillz Not necessarily, it depends on the context of that being the only income. If that means no benefits and you’re not able to invest then you’ll die in poverty. Also, what if you make significantly more that, and still have time to game? I’m not sure the trade off is worth it.

@emre_mayo @jodiecongirl @atlanticesque Well aware, said gentleman was one of my first, and I made a judgement call. And I likely wouldn’t have done the same even 3 months later. My only point is that there was exceptions. Though if you stick to credit alone, you’ll minimize incidents.

@emre_mayo @jodiecongirl @atlanticesque As a general rule of thumb, you’re correct of course. But people do make mistakes and there are always exceptions. I’ve had a tenant who was religiously early playing tent but had poor credit when we signed the lease. (3 years later his credit was very much rehabilitated.)
