@SDPTimeTraveler IMO you never know for sure if it's going to reverse. All we could do is have our risk in place with the right odds for a payout. Buying at support would put us in the best position, an area where longs stepped up previously.

@ShortDaPos So true! I work with mortgages, just wait till the interest rates go up again at the end of the month. I feel like the 🇨🇦 real estate market is about to get short squeezed...95% of the people I talk to everyday are already over amortized 🤦‍♂️
