Why is @emirates the least nut allergy friendly airline, even after I followed all their guidance. I’ve been refused food on two separate 8hr flights. Absolutely outrageous and made to feel like an inconvenience. No ingredients list on board either. Shocking @emiratesSupport

If anyone else keeps getting the "technical error" box on the @DVLAgovuk website try using a different web browser i.e. Firefox. After weeks of trying, getting the same error message and DVLA being v unhelpful, I've successfully ordered my brother his provisional license!🚗

Happy #WorldBicycleDay 🚴🏽‍♀️ but not to @Parcel2Go and @parcelforce who stole my road bike 8 weeks ago when I had arranged for it to be transported from Leeds to London for the lockdown. Salt to the wound and offered me £20 compensation. Appalling companies. Do not use!

7 weeks today and my road bike which I sent via @Parcel2Go with @parcelforce has still not arrived and has been “lost”. Awful and disappointing service to say the least. A measly £20 compensation offered. Beware of these companies. Do not use!

Shipped my road bike from Leeds to London via @Parcel2Go and @Parcelforce and 6 weeks later there is still no trace. Horrific customer and claims service. V unreliable, disinterested companies and no compensation received #cowboys #parcel2go

@scottcolly @Parcel2Go I know, exactly. It's not as if our bike box can be forgotten about in a cage or fall down the back of a parcel conveyor belt. Awful customer / claim services too, I feel as if I'm talking to an automated robot!

6 weeks today and my road bike which I sent via @Parcel2Go with @parcelforce has still not arrived and is now declared “missing”. Pre-approved blurb messages and complete apathy. Ridiculous exclusion of liability of T&Cs. Where is my full compensation? Do not use these companies.

@scottcolly @Parcel2Go Similar thing has happened to me. I sent my road bike via P2G (Parcelforce) from Leeds to London and 6 weeks later it's still not arrived and they are saying it is "missing". Absolutely disgraceful.

when I left my flat in london before lockdown i stupidly (but genuinely) thought i'd be back in 2/3 weeks. it's now 8 weeks later, and i am seriously regretting not PACKING MY CLOTHES

@parcelforce @parcelforce Fully appreciate and understand these are unprecedented times but tracking has not been updated since 6 April. My bike was due to arrive on the 8 April and I’m concerned as to the whereabouts of my bike. I have DMed / called several times, please help!
