He fraudulently claimed COVID unemployment benefits while employed, lied on financial disclosures, and built his entire political career on a mountain of fabrications—from fake college degrees to phony Wall Street jobs and Holocaust survivor family ties. Expelled from Congress in 2023 (only the 6th ever!), sentenced to over 7 years in prison in 2025. Even though Trump commuted his sentence after just months (convictions STILL STAND), Santos is a proven thief and liar who betrayed voters.
