@cleverbridge I was trying to contact your support 3 times over the last week for a refund for the Parallels 19 upgrade without any luck. Are you still working? I haven't even received an email back, usually you had a nice support.

Tried to order a monitor from @DOUGHtechnology and ended up canceling it for a refund which I have never received. Waiting for more than 2 months. Customer support cannot say anything, order page got deleted. Money seems to be gone forever. Order 9575910815EUAB #ScamAlert

@katicutie My mom can easily detect if something is not right with me just by the voice (if I got sick or deadly tired), texting is way less personal... however the best approach here imo is to have video calls, at least, once per month 😂

Back in my early Microsoft days, I routinely pulled all-nighters when we had to deliver a piece of software. I even stayed up two nights in a row on occasion–I don’t recommend that. This book taught me a lot about the importance of a better night's sleep. gatesnot.es/34naYVB
