@cookiejargolf @TronCarterNLU Just listened to part 1 and loved it! This resonates so much with me, I'm very lucky to go on some amazing golf trips and unquestionably some of the best times we've had have come on the lesser talked about courses.

Surprised not to see Carradale on here though, we are going there later this year and it looks great...?

@JamesBledge @johnmac150 You are all doing such a great job! I played Hoylake last year it was the best conditioned course I have ever played. I played birkdale last month it was so good hole after hole, can't wait to see the changes! Just need to get to wallasey now! English links is in the right hands!

Lamb barbacoa tacos with mint sauce, pickled onions & carrots, lamb fat tortillas + smoked cauli cheese For the pop-up I want to put an English twist on some classic bbq dishes. The menu experiments are off to a good start with this one
