I've always been a high bar, quad squatter. Though I always dldig my heels in, I naturally have greater lift off my toes My upper body proportions dont love low bar squats - so its always a fun day out of your comfort zone

All these monkey movements and bands have a role to play in activation and mind/muscle connection, but they aremt practical or easy to implement. You have to find movements that still challenge you, but also work for your specific needs, without being dependent on a coach forever

Physical therapy is great, but its impractical for the long term. Im a big fan of pt, but we often put too much of our recovery in the hands of others Therapy should help you heal and learn, but you need to adapt habits that work for you in the long term... thoughts

@justice_Tyr22 Yeah Im a practicing Catholic, and I wonder the same. (Only, I know the answer. The orchestration is deliberate. And even the head of our church plays a role. But I still believe and stand by our church anyway)
