If this happens to anyone, I opened a new tab. Logged back into site and did checkout again and all good. At least the system locks in a CODE to your account to make it proceed. Was able to order and complete.

@PleasantKenobi I was also uncertain about UB until the sets started coming out and they are amazing! No shame at all if they brought you to magic. And one of the best parts is how well they play as a core set of commander decks! So much fun to play the WH decks or LOTR as a group!
