@HMRCcustomers I have tried and still get the same error. I’ve tried safari and chrome on Mac and Edge on windows as well as iPad and iPhone. I get the same error. I’ve tried on WiFi and 5G. Also need to click “generate a new image” several times before it shows one

@OfficialChipC One thing I really like(d) about basketball rules is they never really had the concept of intent. A shot was a shot if it hit the ring. A pass is a pass if another player touched it, a dribble if the same player touched it etc. I saw that clip as a 468, you as a 467

@OfficialChipC Yep - but this would suggest it’s a FIBA travel as needs to be touched by another player? Wish this rulebook was as clear as the NCAA one… 🤦‍♂️

@OfficialChipC Hmm… looks to me like he tried to pass one handed and then changed his mind. I could be wrong but I don’t think FIBA has as many “intent” rules (eg trying to figure out if a player intended to bounce pass or begin a dribble) as high school/ncaa does
