So, we're playing a small prank on our son's friend with his parents' help. Today 5th graders get an email from teachers finding out their class, BUT we made a fake email that Elliot's buddy will read before his mom shows him the real one. No facts were harmed here, just for fun!

Nobody discovers the news. You are fed the news, as it's deemed newsworthy. If my emotional state rises and falls with the news, then those who choose the news control me. Nobody discovers the news.

@Reece_17 @jamesrwoodtheo1 I believe Dem Xians would agree it's murder, but would say Dem strategies of social safety net have been proven to reduce abortion more than Rep strategies. I'd argue they are wrong, but have the right intentions - and also possibly TDS.

@jamesrwoodtheo1 I hold out hope that he's not just morally equivocating, but that he's calling believers to believe the best about each other. Unfortunately, that mostly feels like he's flattening sin or just punching right.

@jamesrwoodtheo1 But could Keller's recent goals be more ecclesiology than mission? i.e. "we have to accept one another in local churches across party lines." In the recent dustup, "Yes, DO have a firm, disagreeing opinion, but you must acknowledge that a Xian Dem can want less abortion."

@NeilShenvi @timkellernyc @andrewtwalker I sense Keller's goal is to say that we have to accept one another in local churches across party lines. Yes, have a fierce, disagreeing opinion, but you must acknowledge that a Xian D can want less abortion. He chose a bad topic, tho.
