@FlyFrontier Frontier support is the worst. They cannot even reset the password for my account. It has been a month and every time they say they will send a reset link to my email within 24 hours. Don't know when 24hrs expires and its been a month!
#homeaglow is a SCAM. Do not fall for it. I fell for it and now getting demanded to pay an exorbitant amount to cancel! No prorating! Its kind of scam done legally. I should have done my due diligence in checking the reviews! what a shame! Do not lose your money!
@MyIndianBank Horrible online system. Not receiving for the past several day for my NRO account. Best part, tried to create a support ticket and guess what, you need OTP to create one 🤦🏾 Never seen such a horrible online system.
@schuttsm Do you have any data about how many of those employee's in this PERMs were laid off? Currently PERM processing timelines is reaching ~400 days so by the time the application is processed the employee may not be with the company anymore?
@Nerd_of_Law@TheRahulMenon None it is not strict. When it comes to immigration in US, the walls are shorter and the gates are narrower. It is easier for an illegal to get settled here than a legal immigration. Because of this the line to enter through the gate is million miles long!
@TheRahulMenon The main problem for Indian IT workers are the Indian IT & consulting companies. These companies abused the H1B and the immigration system to the core and now poor other Indians are suffering. These weeds has to be purged first to solve this problem!
@FlyFrontier@FlyFrontier@FrontierCare To add salt to the wound, the staff at the bag drop and the gate did not want to listen and lack basic courtesy. So rude that the lady at the gate said, they would normally charge $100 for check in at gate and waiving that off for me as if its my fault.
Horrible experience with @FlyFrontier. Cus support confirmed my flight was delayed but the lady at the counter refused to check in my bag and claimed the flight was on time so I had to rush through my check in bag through security check in only to find that the flight was delayed

@FlyFrontier I cannot understand how @FlyFrontier system at the bag drop does not show the flight delay status when their gate CLEARLY shows the flight delay! Shame that I had even paid for their Discount Den membership. My first time with Frontier and regretting it now!
@FlyFrontier Imagine running through the airport with a passenger on wheel chair and two kids. Pathetic! I told the lady at the bag drop to check with the gate or a manager to confirm the flight delay status and showed my convo with support but she refused to listen & check-in @FlyFrontier
@FlyFrontier We paid for check-in luggage because we can carry stuff that normally cannot be carried via check-in and can carry extra weight. Guess what would happen when you take a check-in via security? You will have to dump ALL of your stuff at the security gate trash can!

We were a group of 5 and it includes a 75 year old. We were on time at the airport but imagine the stress we had to go through when we were told that we will miss the flight and carry the check in luggage through security @FlyFrontier

@Emyesskay @airindiain Good luck. Getting refund from Air India is a joke. My flights got cancelled way back in Mar 2020. More than a year passed and I have been fighting. When I checked last time I was told I would my check and would be processed in 12 business weeks 🤕
