BEWARE! @quantumfiber has done something I didn’t think possible. They have provided worse customer service than the cable companies. Two weeks without service. Two technicians ghosted two separate appointments. No communication. Then, when you call to reschedule, they say the next appointment is a week out. Two weeks without service. Little to no communication. If you rely on Internet service to work from home and/or stream, I would not recommend it.

@quantumfiber can give a masterclass on how to run the worst customer service in any industry. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any vendor. They scheduled an appointment to restore service, and the technician didn't show up again. Two weeks without service, ghosted by two technicians, zero communication to me or my neighbors, who have all been impacted. If you work from home and require Internet, do not use Quantum Fiber.

Every time I give @quantumfiber an opportunity to address the horrible service I have received, they have done nothing but doubled down on their incompetence. After an outage lasting longer than a week, they sent me text messages and emails yesterday and today, that a technician was on their way out. Once again, no one showed up. I understand now that a fiber cable was cut and it takes time to repair, that is no excuse for your missing two appointments you set and not communicating with your customers. Best we’ve been told at this point, service will be restored some time this year.

Just experienced the worst service from an Internet provider with @quantumfiber. No service for three days. Technician scheduled for yesterday. Technician decides not to show up. Call back to get a new technician - best they can do is six days out. Their dispatch has apparently zero recourse to fix their own mistake. Places the burden solely on the customer for their mistake. Do not use!

@quantumfiber went from bad to worst service in their attempt to resolve the problem with their Internet service. It would appear that between their technicians and their customer service teams, no one can tell you the status of your service and the related repairs to attempt to fix the issue. Over a week without service now and no information as to when service will be restored.

My waitress at a sports bar in Bricktown just told me that when Nebraska Basketball fans came to OKC, they tipped her enough in four days to cover two months of her rent. “That week turned me into a Nebraska fan.” Oklahoma City belongs to Nebraska fans.
