Another OT win! Post atypical AFL ablation, patient had continuous PACs and the #HDGrid was used to quickly map the LA. The tails of the OT vectors led to the earliest activation at the base of the LAA resulting in a one burn termination. @mdahu @ShowMeYourMaps #MidAmericaEP

Great aAFL/VOM case with @AndreGauri. 14.5 minutes and 30K points later - confirmed mitral flutter with #HDGrid. VOM extended CL 5-10MS and left us with an easy #OneBurnTerm on lateral mitral line. Under 3 minutes of RF to complete line. #MidAmericaEP
