@BethMooreLPM Too many support groups tell me how grateful I should feel. I'm not grateful. As for our churches, no one wants to help. It's too costly. Or they blame us for not having enough faith for our loved one to be healed. Either way, their prayers are answered, ours are not.

@LilaGraceRose That sounds spiritual, but it's very cruel. Don't lord it over people who aren't fertile like you or torture those unable to have children. Do their lives mean nothing? As a journalist, I helped change a lot of lives; was all that meaningless until I adopted a kiddo at age 50?

@jcokechukwu Totally agree. All the popes, sadly, have been silent about Nigeria. But my impressions is that the Nigerian BISHOPS need to raise hell with the pope; tell him he needs to intervene or else, and they haven't ever done that.
