Agentforce chabot allows customer to offer Purchase Order Number to generate a Sales Order, which then allows the Salesforce User to use the Agent to create a Drop Shipment PO. It's a ton packed into under two minutes.

Quick Anthropic Computer Use demo, featuring a Salesforce Quote and Bland.ai simulating a follow-up customer service call. Couldn't this have been done using an API? Of course and we are building a Bland / Salesforce integration, but it's more fun to put Computer Use up to the challenge.
