Completed my first 2 C-section scar assessments today, as case studies for my course! Both lovely ladies felt immediate changes including flattening of their scars and softening of the surrounding tissue! How exciting!! #scartherapy #scarspecialist #csectionscarmanagement

Ive been seeing a young lady in clinic recently who hasnt been able to move herself in a wheelchair for 4 years due to postural changes & the position of her head(think vision). Yesterday she drove a powered wheelchair independently for 2hours. I cried #bestday #posturemanagement

It’s a jolly Happy Easter over here! In 2019 I injured my left hip and had to stop almost all exercise. Today I did my first (almost pain free) ‘run’ for 30mins, consisting of 8 lots of 1 min running and lots of walking. I did 2.3 miles and I am SO HAPPY! ☺️ #hiprehab #grateful

@Tigercatgirl I don’t feel this is right. I would understand if the call was with staff, but you should be able to talk to your relative freely about anything without it being recorded (I get the telephone used could be for both, so this makes it slightly more complex)
